Wadhams Homes

Wadhams Homes was founded in 1972 by Albert Wadhams and is family-owned and run business specialising in the planning and design of unique luxury properties, from sensitive restorations and conversions to contemporary new build homes.

Over the last 45 years we have constantly looked to expand our knowledge and expertise. Our experienced in-house team is supported by specialist heritage consultants and works closely with architect Wighton Architects. Together we have the skills to realise the sympathetic restoration and conversion of some of the country’s most important buildings.

“At all times Wadhams have been conscientious, considerate, professional and technically accomplished. We are always impressed by the level of attention to detail and the desire to get things right.”
John Farnell, Building Control Team Leader, Uttlesford District Council
“Wadhams attention to detail, craftsmanship and pure professionalism is second to none. For a company at the top of their game to give such personal service and go out of their way to help was a complete eye opener.”
Bradley and Donna Walsh – TV Personalities
This is the fourth brand new home we have bought and by far the most superior in terms of quality, value for money and customer service. As a result of our experience, we can recommend this company without hesitation.”
Grahame and Laura Muir – Purchasers of Beech Lodge, Valdor Hatfield Heath
“As far as I'm concerned, I believe Wadhams to be a very professional company who are always striving to develop the best possible product.”
Michael Collins, NHBC Building Inspector
"Having fallen in love with our dream home and moved in, we were pleasantly surprised that Wadhams were always there and on hand in the event that we had any teething issues to deal with."
